God no, Why would you want to do that? I know times can be tough in prison, but you will get out some day. Dont forget that you are somebodys son / daughter, somebodies friend. You might end your turmoil, but you'll cause alot of pain for others.

I believe that it all depends on the crime you committed and how long you are in prison for. I mean if you did something silly like steal from an old lady, I wouldn't consider suicide as an option. If you were however a person who is an absolute peice of scum who killed or assaulted someone then I think they should rot in prison for the rest of their lives. I guess my main point is that I don't think it should be an option for people in prison.

There would be no consideration or option for 'me' with regard to suicide for any situation or circumstance. My life is a gift and the Giver loves me very much therefore, I could not, would not take my own life and return the gift. Prison is not the end of any situation. It is a misfortunate step and wrong turn that was taken but a lesson could be learned here and a life turned around, and given a second chance.

Most prison members want to live but the ones that don't they will try to commet suicide. From the experience of visiting a jail 22 ou tof the 100 ppl there have co9mmeted it. I saw some trying to but when we came around with their food they stopped. So maybe it is am option but not really

I know some will say this is a morbid question, but, I've thought of this myself, I watch alot of A&E, and court TV.
I would most certainly want to die than be in prison the rest of my life.
Then, the question of "will I go to hell, will God forgive me?" comes into play, and confuses me

No I really don't think I would, not for just going to prison, depends what it was for, if it was for a horrific crime (child abuse, murder)etc then I might now that I think of it. You wouldn't be able to live with the guilt for your horrific crimes. Yes I now think I would.

If you did something wrong own up for your mistakes, and say I know I did bad, because if you don't you might end up back there in jail again. Sucide is not a funny thing to consider! I would not do it.

No! if you do the crime you must be willing to do the time.

This pisses me off why should they take the easy way out.
Prisons are too easy anyway that's why there's so much crime cause they know it's a easy ride, they do the time and come out and commit more crimes.
