Yes and they have been present in my childhood to adulthood. Since I've given my life to Christ, I've had one experience. I thought it was my husband leaning down to kiss me b4 he left to work, (I was in bed with my eyes closed) but I started to feel bad, and I heard it speaking in some weird language. I prayed in the name of Jesus and it left.

Dear dangerakhil,
Evil spirits do exist because they are mentioned in the Bible. They are also known as devils. May I suggest that read Acts chpt 18 in the Bible and you will get some information on evil spirits. God commands us in the Bible not to have anything to do with evil spirits or devils. In fact, He commands "Abstain from all appearance of evil." If you have had any supernatural experiences, I would tell you to get anything that even "smells" of magic or the occult out of your house. Then get on your knees and pray that the Lord (Jesus Christ) would have mercy on you. Get a Bible and start reading slowly. For further info check out this website: www.familyradio.com.

There are things called "familiars", that look like people we know, but are Satan's followers and of his dominion.
They are evil spirits, and should be treated as such. To dabble in them, is to tempt Satan and get in league with him, which is against GOD.
There are only two sides, good and bad, stick with the good, and forget the bad. Though, the bad will come calling, in subtle ways, try to aviod temptations and live a good Christian life.

There are evil spirits (angels) remember the Bible says the 1/3 of the angels in heaven were cast out with Satan. They can manifest themselves as persons who died or as angels of God. But Isaiah 8 tells us how we will know if they are from God.

i think i had an experience once
okay i went to sleep, then woke up and couldnt move i was really scared and paralized and feelt ;like someone was holding me down and i couldnt talk
i was so scared
but then when i got able to move, i prayed!
that was so scary, dude
