I am in a relationship for over a year now, but i cannot seem to stop talking to my ex. I have no feelings for him or have no plans for ever wanting to be with him again. so what's up with this? Is this bad?

I don't think it's bad, but just make sure it doesn't bother your current boyfriend. Because you need to think of his needs too. If he feels uncomfortable about you talking so much to your ex then maybe you should stop talking to your ex for a bit. But if your boyfriend is very comfortable with your relationship and he trusts you completely, then there shouldn't be a problem with talking to your ex.

I don't think it is bad per say, but you should ask yourself why you feel you can't stop talking to him. Maybe subconciously you still have a desire to be with him. There has to be a reason that you have the need to cotinue to talk to him so frequently. Maybe it's time to sit down and be honest with yourself as to how you you really feel about the guy in your current relationship and your ex. Could it be that you are in a relationship as a comfort and not ready to evaluate your feelings for your ex? Good luck!

It's not bad at all as long as you're clear where your relationship stands. My last ex and I are still great friends and my boyfriend knows very well that there are no romantic feelings left between the 2 of us. He's never been jealous of my ex. In fact, my ex is coming to my birthday party this weekend and I know my boyfriend will be happy to chat it up with him. They get along great.

It might cause problems with your Relationship that your in now
But on the other hand who knows you better than an ex. There's
a feeling of comfort and security that you haven't found in the relationship your in now.
Bottom line I give my new relationship time to find that special place.

Depends on the guy. I'm sensative so I would be upset with it. I've had many ex girlfriends that would talk about their ex boyfriends... and it use to drive me nuts.
I dont know a guy that wouldn't be upset :\

There is nothing wrong with it. If you and your ex have developed that type of respect between one another that you can always be friends, then you have no worries.
