There is many reasons why dogs vomit, for 1: dogs need to stay on the same diet all the time do not change its food,2: if the dog eats a lot of grass that could cause throwing up cause the grass agitates the throat and comes right back up ,3 blockage in the upper intestine, dog could have chewed and swallow some thing that can not be digested, but if it was me I would take it to the Doctor ASAP.Hope it gets better

Take the dog to the vet. Many different things could be causing this and only a vet can help to determine what it is. I would not wait much longer to take him to the vet.

You should take your dog to the vet.I don't know if your dog is at keeping water down but we are amateurs here and can't assess your pet's needs. Only a physical assessment, by a vet .will allow your pet to get the help he needs. If money is a factor try work out a payment plan.

Try a soft rice and hamburger mixture, like a teaspoon every six to ten hours and increase if that stays down. If it's been three or more days, take to vet as there may be a blockage.

Don't feed him for 24 hours and only give him water. that means no treats. If he doesn't drink any wawter then you need to take him to the vet.

Our black lab did that, so we took him to our Vets, they took blood tests, and he ended up having a cancerous tumor on his liver. Not saying your dog has that, but, you really should get him to the vets, the sooner the better!
