I am looking for a program where you can type something in and it will read if for you. Sorta like a word processor or something. I had a program that was a talking translator but you could not save the voice. I want it where I can put it on CD and bring to work with me and listen to it. Is there a program that can do this?

I know that some software for visually challenged people have this feature. You can check out JAWS.
