#21 Gen 8:21 God says, "I won't destroy the earth BY FLOODING IT ever again."
Example invalid
#22 Both statements are true, but you're seriously twisting the words. BTW, I'm using the online Bible from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops website. (www.usccb.org) Wonderful resource.
#23 Ever heard of the Trinity? Three Gods in One? It is beyond human understanding, so know that I join you in your confusion, but I choose to worry about things that we have a chance of at least understanding. (Like Africa & all its problems.)
#24 Ex 3:21,22/ Ex 12:35,36
Not valid examples. They aren't stealing: they're ASKING.
#25
Wouldn't you lie to save the lives of good people?
You do not understand the meanings of the passages you cite.
#26
God says "don't hate them."
Other humans say "you beat 'em fair & square."
Please reread.
#27
Read on. Make sure you FULLY understand what's going on in each passage.

Cain & Able story.
Megan McKenna says; "All stories are true. Some of them actually happened."

Oh, we can make 'em, we just can't WORSHIP them.

There was slavery back then. Fact of life. God wanted to make sure that slaves were treated fairly.
I took the time to look things up. I am Christian. Roman Catholic. I would appreciate it if you would do a little more research before making accusations.
PS: I really don't know why I answered you--I don't usually respond to such attacks because they are full of half- or twisted-truths. The fact is that I DID respond, completely, & I would appreciate a little respect for that.
PPS: I've heard that this particular view you have expressed is the "last acceptable prejudice".

Actually, Gen 1:26 and Gen 3:22 do not say that there is a plurality of gods.
You're reading words into the verses that aren't there, simply to suit your own purposes.
The former verse quotes God as using the word "us" while the latter has Him saying "one of us."
Did it not occur to you that He was referring to Himself and the angels, who are supernatural beings but are not gods?
I don't have time to check all the other "lies" you cited.
But if you were so off-base about Gen 1:26 and Gen 3:22, then I think it speaks volumes about your credibility. One can only guess as to how much word-twisting you did with all the other verses you cited.

I, someone who is not a Christian Zealot, can see the point that youre trying to make. The problem is that you've taken these Bible fragments out of context. Try being a little more fair next time and I'll dignify you with a response.

First of all do you belive in God, second of all if you don't then why are you reading something you don't believe in. You do not need to read the bible because obviously you are trying to make God look like a bad guy and making yourself look like an a**.

i dont like it when people do this. im sorry but you have just taken verses with just a few words. the way they were ment in the bible may not be the point you are trying to make. sometimes the bible is confusing to me too.one line could be God speaking and the other could be someone else speaking. An unbeliever speaking. its not fair that you are trying to tear the bible apart like this.when you do that it makes thebible seem like it is crazy which im sure ic your point. please dont do that.

God is supernatural. You are human. You could never be on his level. You think human. Humans take things and twist it to fit their way of thinking. And thats what you do.

misquoting, mistranslating and quoting out of context only provide proof of the disingenuousness of he who is making the argument.
