St. Johns wart Valerian root and there are other combinations order a catalog from Puritan Pride they have some good herbs at a good price also you may be able to go to your drug store- cvs has a good many herbs to chose from! Good Luck-be sure that what you take will not make you drowsy Also you might try some aroma therapy

Hi, I use Rhodiola, its some sort of herbal supplement Ive been using on and off for a couple of months and I think it works okay, still become stressed now and then. I hear St. John's wort is good too, if you went to a good herbal store they will most likely be able to help you out

You can try drinking chamomille tea just before bed, or try boling a bit of valerian root (smells like funky feet, it's normal) in some water and drink it before bed. You can find both at natural health stores.

If you're anxious, i'd suggest checking the causes. See, if there's nothing you can do about it, there's no point in worrying, as things will develop the way they're supposed to do. And being stressed and anxious will eventually take it's toll in your system, leaving you with more problems than before. Try breathing, works for me....
Go to a place where nobody can bug you, lie on your bed, and just breathe....count to 5 inhaling, wait 2 counts and exhale... good Luck!

St. John's wort for depression. It has been recognized for ages in Europe, doctors over there even prescribe it! Valerian root and kava kava are good for anxiety. These, along with exercise and breathing excercises for stress-reduction. Also, watch your gluten intake, a staple in the American diet. Gluten tends to adds to the effects of already existing anxiety.

Celestial Seasons Teas have an excellent line of teas one is called Tension Tamer and being the hard shell I am (nothing works for me), I found this tea to be very good. They also have a SleepyTime tea that is good to and both work for me.

valerian is nature's valium and Dr Bach's Rescue Remedy made from flowers is very helpful
