My diet is rather high in protein, since I workout and need to fuel the activity. My main source is chicken, about 3 times per week. Turkey is excellent, high is protein and low in fat. Slice either one on top of a salad with fresh veges and you are in business! Fresh fish is a great provider of protein with the least amount of fat. To supplement my daily diet, I make a peanut butter sandwich for a snack. Make sure that you bring in 35% carbs into your menu and keep a low amount of saturated fats. Plan your dinners around chicken, turkey, fish. Add eggs to you diet twice per week to avoid cholesterol building. Good snack is the chocolate Power Bar, instead of candy or chips. It is just sweet enough with about 18 or 20 grams of protein. Best of luck with your choices!

fried chicken with crushed pork rinds instead of flour, and use chicken tenders, use the bbq flavor ones, it's much better and you dont even hav to season them at all.
