They speak English (as an official language) and a form of patois/patwa, or creole (as most island in the Caribbean, in which slaves got a dialect unknown to their masters).

The native language of St. Vincent & the Grenadines was Taino, an extinct Arawakan language spoken on many islands of the Caribbean. All other languages are imports ;)
