What the hell is a TV License? It would be a good Idea to have to have one to watch some of the crap they are feeding through it these days! But in all serio....why just because they can only see half of what they are getting ...the whole thing is still being sent out just because they are only processing half of it is not the issue! So NO!
I have a better question....Why can't I just pay individually for the stations I WANT and not get the rest of the crap?

No, The driver's liicense is cut in half. (Actually, I think they don't get one if the only can see from 1 eye.
