Totally.
Italian Chicken
One large onion diced and one green pepper diced.
saute in skillet with one half cup olive oil until onions clear and peppers wilted.set aside.
1 large hen or six to eight breasts with bones in them.
Cover chicken with water in large kettle and add
two or three bouillion cubes and season with cajun seasoning or salt and pepper.
When complete don't dump out water.
Take out chicken and cool and dice.
In same water boil two eight oz packs vermicelli noodles.
Don't dump water.When noodles are done pour all this including liquid into large dutch oven or large oven safe baking pan.
To this add two can cream of mushroom soup.and one can rotel diced tomatoes.stir also in onions/peppers.
To this cube a one pound package of velvetta cheese
or use large pack of soy shreds if you are lac.Intolerent.You will need 16 oz. of shreds.
Stir together and bake at 350 degrees oven for thirty minutes.
Serve with large green salad and breadsticks.c

INGREDIENTS:
1 (12 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 (8 ounce) package processed cheese, cubed
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1/2 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS - Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and return to pot. To the pasta add the diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream of chicken soup, processed cheese, chopped chicken, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.

Chicken spaghetti with soups and cheese.
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole baking hen, about 4 to 5 pounds
8 ounces package spaghetti
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 small jar pimiento, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 pound velveeta cheese, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
PREPARATION:
In large kettle or Dutch oven, cook hen until tender. Remove chicken and strain broth. Cook the spaghetti in the broth while chicken cools. When chicken is cool enough to handle, remove meat from bones and chop. Drain spaghetti and add olive oil. In large mixing bowl, combine spaghetti, onion, celery, pimiento, soups and cheese. Add cut up chicken and stir well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in generously greased baking dish and cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.

Creamy Chicken And Spaghetti
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

6 Oz Spaghetti; Uncooked
3/4 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese;
-Shredded
12 Oz Ground Turkey Or Chicken
1 C Mushrooms; Sliced
1/2 C Onion; Chopped
1 Tb Cooking oil
1 Tb Butter; Melted
1 Cl Garlic; Minced
1 Tb Flour
1/2 Ts Pepper
3/4 C Milk
1/4 C Ripe Olives; Pitted And
-Sliced
1 Tb Fresh Parsley
1 Tb Chopped pimento
2 Tb Fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tb Parmesan cheese
1 tb Butter; Melted

Instructions

Break spaghetti in half and cook according to package directions until al
dente. Drain; transfer to
a large mixing bowl.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook chicken, mushrooms, onion, and garlic
in hot oil over medium
high heat for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add chicken
mixture to spaghetti. In
a small saucepan, melt 1 tbsp. butter or margarine. Stir in flour and
pepper. Add milk. Cook and
stir until thickened and bubbly over medium heat. Cook and stir one minute
more. Add cheese
and stir until melted. Remove from heat, stir in olives, parsley and
pimento. Pour over chicken
mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to greased 2 quart baking dish or
casserole. In a small bowl,
toss bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp melted margarine or butter.
Sprinkle over
chicken mixture. Cover and bake at 375F for 20 minutes, uncover and bake
10-15 minutes more
until heated through.


Chicken & Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 ea 3 lb. fryer, cut up
1 ts oregano
1 ts salt
1 ea 4 oz. cn. mushrooms
1 grated parmesan cheese
1 ea med. onion, chopped
1 cl med. garlic, crushed
1 cn tomato sauce, 15 oz.
4 oz uncooked spaghetti
3/4 c water
1/4 ts tabasco sauce
2 tb oil

Instructions

In Dutch oven, brown chick. in oil. Add onion and garlic, saute.
Stir in water, tom. sauce, mushr., oregano, salt & Tabasco. Cover and
bake at 350 F. for 30 min. Stir in spaghetti. Cover and bake 30 mon.
longer or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.

boil speghetti in water and 1/2 stick of magerine, drain when tender and set aside. boil chicken breast and pieces of dark meat in a pot with cream of mushroom and cream of celery with minced onions. after boil starts let simmer. add teaspoon of chicken bullion and stir. add chicken to spaghetti and stir on simmer. add can of Rotel's diced tomatoes and chillis. add i/4 cup of condensed milk and 3 cups of velveeta cheese and stir. after simmer for 25 minutes turn off and let stand. serve on top of bed of sliced tomatoes or toasted garlic bread. enjoy!
