no
you have to be the person who has originally signed for the credit card
as an authorized user you have nothing to do with the billing or paying the payments

If you're asking if the GAP Card reports to the credit bureaus, then the answer is yes.

Delinquencies will be reported to the credit history of the primary account holder (the person to whom the card was issued).
