Try staying out of the sun, if not, I'm sure there are some hair products that you can use to control UV damage. (It'll probably say so on the front, "repairs UV damage" or something along those lines.)

People's hair colors can change as they grow older...my hair, which used to be really light auburn turned dark auburn as I grew older...I'd just relax and embrace it...
However, if it's really bothering you, you can take the plunge and dye your hair...I wouldn't recommend it, though, because you may end up having a hair color which you dislike even more.
Or, to make it lighter, try spritzing your hair with lemon juice before you go in the sun...it makes your color lighten up.

stay out of the sun doesn't really help beacuse it makes ur hair lighter not darker....so if u want to make ur hair lighter so stay in sing but that will jst make ur skin darker..and the other way is wash ur hair with cold water..or dye it lighter color wooo..that was easy!

diabetic people tend to get dark, if not stay away from the sun.
