Ok, the Bible did mention that they had trade with Aftrica, and I believe Bananas are from there, so JESUS may have had a banana, but, I cant be sure. Nor would I even supposition that HE ever ate a banana. Since Jewish customs were strict and all that.

As for the monkeys on your front lawn, take them back to the zoo, its feeding time again.

No, I doubt that they ever had monkeys in Jeruseleum... But, I wont swear to it, because there is no way to verify it.

I wish you well..

Jesse

The Gospels don't say one way or the other whether Jesus liked bananas. If they grow in Palestine (I don't know if they do or not) and they were commonly eaten as food, then it's safe to presume that He also ate them. But from the Gospels, we just don't know.

Nor do we know, one way or another, whether He ever fed any monkeys. If any monkeys were even living in Palestine at the time.

As for why there are still monkeys on your lawn, I'm afraid you're on your own there. How about calling the animal control division of your local government?

Jesus was the ultimate steward of the earth so, yes, he liked bananas because God made bananas and said they were good. The only monkeys he feed were his followers and if any of them were "characters," then perhaps he did feed the "monkeys."

Since bananas are tropical and didn't even reach the states until early in the 20th century, I'm gonna have to say "no" to the whole banana thing. Had they been available to him, however, I'm confident he would have loved the hell out of them and turned them into a gigantic monkey feast, you know, loaves and bananas.
