there are LOTS of places on the inter net. You will want an extra small for the yorkie. and a small for the Apso. Also local sporting good stores and pet stores (example: Petsmart, Sports authority, Sports Chalet, Pets Co)

I had a border collie back in the day that loved going out on the boat. We got her a jacket just because it was easier to get her into the boat from the water because of the handle it had on top of it. I know there were quite a few times I was glad we had it for reasons of her tiring herself out while swimming. So yes, I think it would be a good idea. You never know what could happen :^)

Iam not sure if they have them where you live but here we have pet supermarket that sell the life vest for pets. There is also pet smart. if they do not have it in stock or you do not have those where you live then go to a pet store that sells pet lifevests and ask them if they can order the sizes you need.

Petco, any other larger pet store or look on line but pet stores are usually less expensive. You might even be able to order proper size trough your pet sore.
