I'm guessing that even though your question is not complete, you don't agree with their actions. It really depends on who has primary custody of your son. As far as I know, you can put a stop to this if you have enough evidence that this will be potentially harmful to your son. I would recommend consulting an attourney.

As long as it's not harmful or pornographic then there should be no problems.
Wouldn't it be cool to be a kid and see your picture in a book.

im sure your question was "can he do this"?? right? lol...well yes but he has to have your permission as well.
