I do. And the only reason i believe is because when i was younger, i was spoken to by my father, who died of cancer when i was 7 months old. it only happened once.it happened when i was about 7, he came and said my name, and asked where my mama was. that was how we knew. he only said mama. he never said mom or mother. I was wondering if anyone believed, or had about the same experience.

My mother confirms this experience, because she heard him talking in the next room.

As a matter of fact me and my family were sitting around telling "ghost" stories just the other night.

I have had several encounters w/ what could of only been ghosts. My brother actually swears he seen our mother "floating" over us when all five of us kids were saying good bye to her in the hospital (she had just died) - he swears she was crying and looking down at all of us. This is just one of several things that has happened over the years.

I think your father wanted to talk to you. Maybe he wanted you to know he was watching over you even thought he wasn't here on earth any longer.

I think that as long as their not "bad" or mean ghosts it's ok - even kinda cool - I have heard some stories from people who have encountered sightings w/ mean ghosts. I think your dad was telling you and your mom that he will always love you.

I believe in spirits, which depending on what your faith is can be interpreted as ghosts, angels, or both. I have seen many manifestations of spirits, both malevolent (bad) and benevolent (good). An experience very similiar to yours happened when I was in college, shortly after my grandfather died. I was heartbroken, and grieving very deeply for him, and I felt this overwhelming presence in the room, and I knew it was my Grandaddy. I got the sense that he wanted to tell me that he was alright, and happy where he was.

Other times, I've been out in a graveyard at night (yes, I'm one of those strange people) and walking toward the woods that bordered the edge of the graveyard I felt almost a physical shove against my chest. The air became frighteningly cold, and I recieved the very clear message of "go back, you're not supposed to come any closer." Thoroughly freaked out, I obeyed that spirit's wishes, and turned tail and ran back to my car. Perhaps I'm a chicken, but being of the spirituality that I am, I learned early to respect the wishes of something that decided to "talk" to you.

If you listen, spirits will speak, but only if your heart and mind are open enough.

I do believe in angels. The Bible speaks of them several times. I don't know to what extent they are involved with humans today, but in the Bible they were usually messengers of God who sometimes carried out vengeance, i.e. the Angel of Death, during the plagues, etc.

I am not sure about ghosts. I think there are some very strange occurences that cannot be explained by conventional means. I've had some really eerie things happen to me in the past that I can't explain.

I do not believe in the Ghost, I believe in angels. Angels are mentioned in the Bible alot and also that they are taking records of our works here on earth. Ghost spoken of in the Bible always refer to evil spirits, the dead the Bible says rest until the judgement that is why when Jesus returns the dead in christ will rise first. Why would they need to be risen if they are already in heaven or hell. Anyways, the story of King Saul when he went to seer to speak to the dead prophet he didn't heed the warning of the lord to stayaway from such people and tricks of the devil, Isaiah 8. He ended up committing suicide. Please read link below:

The only ghost I believe in is the Holy Ghost. Angels are sent to us by God......we entertain angels unaware! God is awesome in sending messages by way of His Heavenly angels....my sweet daddy is in heaven and yes, God has sent messages. I know my daddy is free of pain and well!

I beleive in angels because i am one. as for you zep, the world is changing. you must learn to change with it or die as a traditionalist christian.

I know it sounds odd, but christianity has caused many problems. read these sometime: dark side of christian history and ten things ive learned wrong in a conservative church.
