I found a carcus of a rodent I assume and it's neck is facing the total opposite way...I am trying to figure out if something or it broke it's neck.

Nope. There's no such info of rodents spinning their heads. Maybe the carcus that u've found was a prey of some predator or got killed in some accident. Therefore, it broke its spinal cord or vertebrae because of which its head seems as if its spun to 360 degrees. Owls are the only ones that have the ability to spin their heads at 360 degrees. I hope this info suffices u.

Some rats can actually rotate their heads 180 degrees. However, 360 degrees would be the whole way around. If it does that, it's dead for sure. Good question.

The spinal column would break if the rodent rotated its head 360 degrees.

That would be 180 degrees. No, they can't rotate their necks 360 degrees.

Umm, no - there's a physical limit to how far any creature can twist its neck. If it's facing the wrong way it is broken.
