I would use a Bible verse that emphasizes how they are fearfully and wonderfully made because many girls have confidence/esteem issues.

Egyptian theme would be cool, because Esther married an Egyptian who had an evil man working for him who sought to destroy the jews, not knowing Esther was a jew. The way Esther handled the situation makes her my very favorite bible character. She was very brave and wise. I would give the cabin an Egyptian look, like an Egyptian palace, and call it the Esther Cabin. If you need other cabins too, give each cabin a famous woman in the bible's name and make the cabin like where she lived. The same for the boys too, they could do a Jonah theme and make the cabin a whale theme, and so on. Good Luck.

The Movers and Shakers...
Decoration in..Mexico--lots of bright colors and pottery
You can get alot of the decorations at a party store. Decorate in hats, shakers, pinatas, blankets and sandals. They can make their flip flops by putting fabric strips on them. Or decorate any how they choose. There are alot on flip flop ideas at the craft stores now.. Flip flops are the big thing this year. It would be a great hit with your girls.
Song: Jump Jump Jump (Christian Song)
I think that is the name. In the song it says, Don't it make you want to jump jump jump, don't it make you want to move move move ,throw your hands to the groove groove groove..(something like that.) My girls taught me the movement at camp this year. It was fun....could be for ages 5-18..Hope that helped. If you have 5 or less girls in your cabin...Make a different one be in charge of the shakers each day. It can be a signal for prayer time, bed time, lunch time etc...make it up as you go...If more than 5 use mor girls and more shakers. Make teams or what ever.. Have fun !!!

How about a theme of Noah's Ark. The boat was a refuge in the time of storm, as the cabin is a retreat for you, and the theme with animals would bring it all together. Maybe each teens room can be named for one of the animals on the Ark and the kitchen could be called the galley. You can really have fun with this.

Ask the teens what they think heaven looks like and decorate the cabins accordingly. Might give them something to think about.

How about building the themes along the fruits of the holy spirit. Love, Joy, Peace, gentleness, goodness, faith, humility, patience. Possibly motivational posters or print off things from those themes on the web.

Purity. Waiting for their husbands. Depending upon the age of the girls. I'd say this theme would be best for teens. Have them make a purity bracelet out of beads and wear it.
