I hate to tell you this but it does'nt. It decreases your weight simply by taking out your body's water supply around your waist line. If you drink water after using it you will fill back up and be right back where you started...sorry. :(

Do yourself a favor, if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is, so don't buy it! The spa belt and many other items a person buys are just gimmicks to get your money. The spa belt won't take away any fat or make you lose pounds, instead it will make you lose a few inches of water weight. All it would take to regain that water weight you lost is one glass of water!

Do yourself a favor and your wallet a favor too, don't allow yourself to be taken in by gimmicks. Save your money for something more worthwhile.
