yes,it stems from an inner feeling of 'lack of self esteem' ie they dont really like themselves very much aka depression aka negative downward spiral-in a constant loop-not good ! if you care for the subject in question they seriously need to be reminded that all their mistakes are lessons and the first time they make even a tiny step in the right direction they'l; feel better and reverse the flow,tell them if nobody else loves them or listens to them ,i do-heres proof ! just in my humble worthless always getting it wrong opinion of course !?* x

Instead of getting help for your sloth addiction, buy some shirts that show your pride.

You really ought to leave the sloth alone. They can get irritable when bothered. I'd hate for one to bite you.
