what EVER you do, do not get in the middle of it, or you will be the bad guy, no matter what. They will end up back together, and he won't ever trust you. It has to be HER making the move. Not you. If it is you, and not her that is putting the energy into the move, you will only loose a friend.
With that being said, the best thing that you can do for her is to offer to help her go look for a place to live. Help her UNpack. Be the shoulder for her to cry on. Listen (more than talk). If she falls help her up, and when / if she leaves him and goes back to him, DO NOT condone her. She will need you for the next time she decides to leave him.
Please be careful about talking bad about him, even if he is a dirt-bag. If you talk bad about him, she will either feel the need to defend him (she hooked up with him for SOME reason) or she will be afraid to tell you about going back with him (now that she knows what you REALLY think of him). Just listen and agree.

Let her work it out on her own. If she's in physical danger tell her to contact a women's shelter or call the police and file a PFA (not that it will help much). It's a mistake to tell someone to leave their man or try to help them do so. You'll end up in the middle and it'll be all your fault. You love your friend and want her to be okay, but you are walking on dangerous ground getting too deeply involved. When she's ready she'll do what she needs to do. Until then just be her friend, listen to her problem, be a supportive ear, but try not to give too much advice.

Get a cab for her soon as she finished packing, why is this your problem anyway if she wants to leave her man its her choice she knows what to do.

help her pack. And than get her back, if anything happens while your helping her pack. You are her friend. Just make sure your not the reason see's leaving.
