nope not in the spontaineous combustion sense...but if you are running on a really hot day, with no water...and no resting it can feel like your lungs are burning from all the stress

I doubt it very much but you would possibly dehydrate and that could result in a sensation of hot lungs.

unless you are running in a fire and breathing flames... if the inside of your lungs hurt them you have some type of respiratory inflammation.

don't know but i would not recommend running when it is either too cold or too hot outside, you can get seriously sick.
