Are you SInging or just Speaking? You can do this with Windows media player or if you have an add on sound card they have a program to record sounds. The more high end the sound card the more capability for playing and or recording sound. If you are looking for simple windows media player is about as simple as you can get. If you are looking for professional sound try looking at tucows or cnet downloads. You can even google voice recording software.
