Can anyone give me a list of things to eat or a food I can eat for like an hour straight? (COMMON HOUSEHOLD FOODS PLEASE)! DONT TELL ME WHY I SHOULDNT GAIN THE WEIGHT EITHER!

It's really not healthy to gain 40 pounds of pure fat. If you are looking to bulk up to play sports or something, you probably want to have at least some of that gain in an increase in muscle weight. You could probably do a search online for "sports nutrition" and see what you come up with. Or perhaps ask a coach at your school about what's a healthy way to bulk up. Good luck!

Ok well if you just wanna get fat, eat a lot of fast food and don't get off the couch much.

The way to gain weight is, believe it or not, keep active and just eat more. Any pastas will put weight on you over time. You don't want to gain too quickly, it's not any healthier than losing quickly. Eating for an hour straight will not help you gain weight, because you'll get full too fast, probably throw up, and you'll use up the calories. Eat little things all day long, no matter what they are. I don't suggest soda pop or candy for this, for this is bad fats and if you want to keep the weight on, you just have to eat higher calorie foods more often. ♥

If you are looking to gain weight, you should really pay attention to what you're eating, increasing you calories is the best way. Generally the recommended calorie intake is 2000 daily. You can up it to 3000-3500 and gain pounds. If you are doing this to build muscle, focus on proteins (beans, meats, soy products) and start a strengthening work-out. If you just want to get fat, excercise lightly and eat heartily. This is a dangerous thing to do, not only physically but mentally. Once you start eating bad it takes forever to re-train your mind and body to eating healthy... sorry just had to add that.

i'm not sure WHY you would want to be overweight... but as easy as it is for some to put on weight, the same goes for others in keeping it off. if you're having trouble gaining it may be a case of fast metabolism.

Carbs, not too much sugar and salt, keep right amount of protein and never over load on the protein as that is very bad, I'm 14 and trying to gain weight, have a snack before bed and as soon as you wake up.

It is very unhealthy for a 13 year old to weigh 170 unless you're over 6 feet tall.

Anyways, try eating pizza, donuts, rice, chips, cheese, hot dogs, hamburgers, ...

To lose weight we are told to exercise more and eat less.
So, to gain I'd guess eat more and exercise less.
As muscle weighs more than fat, some exercise is good even to weigh more.
