if I were 12, I would think you are a full grown man. I am 44 however, and think you are a young boy.
My husband and I got married at 18, (baby was on the way). Boy, let me tell you, if I could go back, I would have stayed "young" as long as I could!
Time goes by too fast! Live life to the fullest, but always respect others!

Age is just a number it is how many times you have gone around the sun.
You cannot base maturity on a number. You have to base it on that experiences you have had in life and what you have gotten out of them.
So you have answer yourself if you are a young boy or a fully grown man.

At 18 you're legally an adult and can be tried as one but I don't think that people are totally done growing until like their late 20's or early 30's. Don't worry about having to start a family or anything like that soon, you're still very young. I'm 16 and I'm getting nervous about turning 18 and moving away to go to college and stuff. :)

Your a man now - but you just can't drink. It is all in your head though.
Do you act like a man? Are you responsible? How do you treat others?
There are 16 year olds that are fully grown and 50 year olds that never got it.

How do you feel? Some people mature faster than others, and you may be a young man, but some people think that they are mature, when they still have a lot of lessons to learn.

You're old enough to procreate, sign a contract, vote and serve in the military. But you have a child's experience and outlook on life- in an adult body. You're an adult when you think of others more than you think of your own selfish wants and desires. Unfortunately, by my definition there are many 'children' out there regardless of chronological age.
