Don't they mean the same thing, except a "neopagan" has some "new" ideas? If you're a "neo" pagan, you're still a pagan and so are your parents. What's the problem?

Just tell them outright. Sit them down and let them know. Since they're pagan they probably won't have an issue with it. Now if they were Catholic or something like that then I would worry

i dont see any thing wrong with neo-pagan since its just another branch off of paganism that has come out of the woodwork as being new age

Well, since pagans are very tolerant, I really don't think they would care. They'd probably just be happy that you are thinking for yourself and finding your own spirituality that works for you.
