for mail to arrive in rhode island if it is shipped from utah? i need it by saturday so i can wear them to the "moving-away" party for my aunt and uncle... (unfortunately my uncle is going to probably go and let my ***** aunt take the new baby cousin in the family!!)

You can use overnight or two day mail just to be sure it arrives on time, but it's pricey. It's it's something large that you're shipping, you need to probably send it soon. It's takes longer with packages than with regular mail.

You'll have it by then. It takes just a few days for stuff to arrive. If it is a package from an apparel catalog, I would track the shipping to insure the arrival time. Sounds like the moving away party isn't going to be much fun. Good luck.

Depends on how it was shipped. It could be there by the end of the week if it was shipped UPS or FED-X. If it went by regular mail who knows, I have had paid for things to be there overnight and it got there three days later. Paid the same price if I had gone to UPS.
Always ship UPS.
