There is no one answer for a best meal. Each person is unique, so each person has his or her own best answer. There is a proverb, variety is the spice of life. If we ate the same thing over and over, we would tire of it after a while, no matter how good it really was. So what is the best for today, may not be the best for tomorrow even for the same person.

My favorite is Chinese. On the other hand, I can say my favorite is steak. Then I can say barbeque. So I have favorites, not just one favorite.

A meal that makes you feel full of energy and not overloaded. One that gives you power enabling you to think clearly and feel good about yourself.

On the other hand, comfort food can be very nurturing, especially a meal made by a loved one or a meal eaten with someone you love.

And then there are california rolls, eggs benedict, vegetarian enchiladas, macaroni and cheese made with real cheddar...I could go on and on....
