Is the Frisco/TX area a nice place to raise kids?

Yes ~ we live in Richardson, and we have friends who live in Frisco. It's a great area and it's growing fast. As far as I know, the schools are good too. It's just far enough out of Dallas that you don't feel like you're right there in the city, but it's not so far that it's inconvenient to go into the city when you want to.

I have friends who live in Frisco Texas. It is a beautiful town and really pretty houses. I think the school system is excellent.
I think it would be a wonderful place to raise children.
