I think it's natural to want proof of the Resurrection. It's just human nature, as Thomas showed us.
Jesus gave Thomas the physical proof that he was asking for. Jesus also made it clear that it is better to not see yet still believe, than it is to believe only after seeing.

Yes there were.
a. The tomb was empty.
b. Next there were more than 500 witnesses.
But if you really want physical proof then ask yourself, why is there so many Christians in this world? How did they get so big and how did the remaining disciples helped in enlkarging this group?
Let us go back 2000 years ago. Remember that after the death of Jesus on the cross, His disciples were a defeated! They were more than depressed! Then suddenly they came back to life, preaching like never before and such a short time, the number of Christians swelled into the thousands! Why this sudden revival of strength?
If Jesus did not really came back to life and the body was just stolen do you really think they are crazy to die for a lie? What would benefit them to talk about Jesus' resurrection if it wasn't true? The Jews will hate them, the Romans will arrest them! No benefit at all!
They knew however, who was more powerful and was more important than anything else. He was no other than the One who emptied the tomb and came back to life again!

Yes. And I just hope that you are realistic in your research. Since you quoted the Bible, and Jesus rose from the grave about two thousand years ago, why not accept the proof of the over five hundred witnesses as recorded in the Bible. The problem that you are having is that you want physical evidence of something that existed two thousand year ago. I live in America, where people commit a crime and lose evidence in less than two months, but still people are being convicted for crimes. They trust the account of the eyewitnesses. Now Mr. Darwin, the giraffe proves evolution is a farce, however you use the title. I would think that you are not really looking for proof. You just want someone to prove that you can maitain your ignorance, (no disrespect intended) and allow you to close your mind to truth.
If you are truly sincere, pull up the systematic proofs listed in www.bible.org. I wish you well.

physical proof is less concrete than a relationship with God.
physical "proof" isnt proof at all
i wonder if you believe in energy jim
i wonder if theres any real physical proof of energy
ask a scientist what energy is made of, ask him what a quark is made out of, ask him exactly what energy is, he's going to tell you he doesn't know, he knows theres a relationship between matter and energy, but what energy is composed of? no idea
did you know that if i gave you one pound of iron ore, that most of what you'd be holding is not "real" or tangible?
thats right, its all held together by the forces between the atoms nuclei
if you scaled up an atoms nucleas to the size of a golf ball, its electron shell would be about 4 miles away, so any additional atoms would be that far away at the very least
what is this force jim? what is the force that holds the universe together?

Thomas wanted to put his fingers in the nail holes in Jesus' hands--
When He did that, Jesus did mention that those who could believe without seeing would be blessed.
Jesus sort of took that physical proof with Him when He ascended back to Heaven.
But there is still an empty tomb.....

Well yes, Jesus didn't say he was sinning, he just told him that "blessed in the one who has not seen yet believed" everyone has to question it befoer accepting it, if not, you really don't believe it, it just makes enough since to follow it.
