no, we should pray to PENGUINS! they are real and will save us in the end when they take over the world. they'll worship me for always having faith in them and kill all of you who laughed at me.

If you have to put God in quotes its probably not important to you. I would suggest that you do some serious research study the bible some find out who God is first and then after that pray if you want. Praying to a God you dont believe in is just lying to yourself.

You should pray to the lord it is very important, you should also pray to Jesus, But it is no use to pray if you really don't believe he is there, you have to know for sure because believing is seeing for the lord...

We pray to God and ask in Jesus' name.
When we ask in Jesus' name we show that we believe that Jesus is the Messiah that was crucified on the cross.
To pray is to talk to God. Not by someones written prayer. But, from your own heart.

i dont pray to god. i dont necessarily pray. im buddhist and we dont specifically pray to a gay. we may ask for help but rare. we meditate on what we know. and try to figure out more. not much praying
