Super Easy No-Bake Butterscotch Spiders

12 oz pkg butterscotch bits
1 large can oriental, crunchy chop suey noodles.

Put butterscotch bits into a microwavable container that can be
loosely covered. (I use an 8 cup Pyrex measure with a dinner plate
on top.) Microwave for about 2.5 minutes. Remove and stir. If
unmelted chunks remain, return to microwave for about 30 seconds
to 1 minute more.

Stir crunchy noodles into the melted bits until well coated. Drop
by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet that has been covered with waxed
paper. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Yield: About 30 'spiders'

Freezes well to make ahead for holidays.

It's not cookies but it's fun.
Turtles
take one carmel square per turtle and unwrap. If they're a little warm the next step is easier. Poke five pecans in the carmel, around the edges, so they become turtle feet and head. Set them on plastic wrap and pour a spoonful of melted chocolate over the middle (shell) and let cool.
I think there is more for little people to help with than the cookies. Have Fun :)
