You need to go back to the dealership where you bought it. Unfortunately, a reasoned complaint spoken in respectful tones may not be the best option. I usually act this way and have gotten passed around and crappy results. If you go in and speak loudly, you may get more attention and quicker service. Ask to speak to the service manager. Mention that you will likely write an email to Ford Motor Company about your experiences, and that you would hate to write about how bad the service was and how their product is not supported by (insert dealer name) Ford in wherever. Then be sure to say you will also write that email if you get good service, and will be sure to compliment those involved by NAME. In essence, you are going above their heads, regardless of whether they do well or poorly, so it gives them some incentive to do better.

Good luck. Some dealership's service departments understand that they are the main force in keeping sales going by ensuring customer happiness. Other departments see customers as an annoyance and just want to seel you servics you do not need. I hope the dealership you go to is the former!

You should contact your local dealer that has a bodyshop. Bodymen are experienced in finding and correcting waterleaks. There are many reasons for water leaks and the most common that I have found is someone adding a sound system and drilling a hole in the firewall to pass thru some wiring without sealing the passageway. Either way, you should have a 3-36 warranty that covers you for this condition. Some of the other answers were correct and others were totally out there. If you have any questions, Please contact me and I will give you the advice you need to have this condition corrected.
Also, only safety items are put on a recall list. There are technical service bulletins that describe a correction or concern and are usually only covered under the 3-36 base b to b warranty

Where is it leaking from? The roof, the window, the windshield? If any of these, contact your dealership, there is something not set in place 100% and they need to check it out.

If it leaks from some other area, this too could be explained by your dealership. It could be the way the car is made and there isn't much you can do about that....however most glitches soon have a remedy so it's always good to talk to someone in the dealership to find out exactly what there is to prevent this leak.

Just take it back to the dealer and let them find the leak.
I am betting that its a defective seal someplace in the window.
Either way its a problem that will only get worse if not corrected.
It will be taken care of under warranty.
And dont listen to that gal that says buy german.
You got a good car.

well if it's brand new it has a warranty so go to the dealership. if the car is only new to you and not really a new car and has no warrenty I would still go back to the dealership and see what they can do for you.
