Shrimp Stir fry is kind of easy...

Shrimp....... as much as u like i like 2 lbs.
2 bags of stirfry veggies frozen
teriaki sauce ... any that u like.
since small shrimp is usually already cooked i just throw in the frozen shrimp with some sauce put the veggies on top after bout 5 min pour more sauce and mix it around til the veggies are to your liking. while this is cooking u can cook some rice. after u have the shrimp stirfry out of the pan u can put the rice in there pour some sauce on it and "fry" it.

I like to saute them with a little butter or olive oil, garlic and lemon juice then serve over pasta. Shrimp creole or jambalya are good with small shrimp also.

All these ideas are good! You could also bread them and fry them and add them to your salads for a nice fried shrimp salad. You could make macaroni salad and serve with brats or hot sausages on buns with peppers and onions. Great side dish!
Recipe:

elbow noodles
mayo
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 green pepper diced fine
4 to 5 green onions, diced fine
4 to 5 stalks celery, sliced fine
shrimp
1 small can of peas
salt and pepper

Mix all and chill before serving.
