In what country are you?
I just went to the Panasonic US site and no such model number exists. I even looked at their support site to see if an owners manual exists for the TV.
The other possibility is that you transcribed the model number incorrectly. It does appear to be basically the correct form for a Panasonic model number.

I searched the Panasonic website ( http://www.panasonic.com ) for your TV, but drew blanks on entering a search on TC-29FG20U .
In looking at their televisions, Panasonic offers 27" and 30" screens, but does not offer 29" ones.
