I have a small guesthouse which I hope to start operating by October and I need to know the house keeping and house rules for operating a small guest house with only 12 rooms with one large reception hall and a large spacious bar with a selfservice kitchen and all the rooms are airconditioned. It is based at Odorkor, in the Surburbs of Accra, in Ghana.
