There are several advantages of drinking green tea. But according to what I have learnt, scientists have not really found out the real benefits of drinking green tea. Green tea is said to prevent the risk of getting cancer, that is quite true. However, it contains caffeine, like what coffee do have in them.

It is also said that certain people cannot drink green tea. If I'm not wrong, people with hypertension or heart problems must not drink green tea. It can cause the heart to beat even faster. Green tea can also cause a person to have diarrhoea.

It really depends on you whether you think it will help your body. But, as for me, I would suggest myself not to drink too much, especially at night, before I sleep.

Bancha green tea is my favorite. The tea is supposed to have antioxidants in it. But...be careful. The caffeine can still be a problem if used without moderation. It can be addicting and affect your mood if overindulged in. Especially if you like to add a sweetner to it. It is still better that black tea, soda, or coffee.

They are supposed to be good for you. I'm not a big fan of the flavor though. I'm not sure who makes it but you can buy a chai green tea. It's got lots of other spices in it and its yummy!

I'm sure they're good for you but I think green tea is nasty even if it is sweetened.
