Give it a couple of days. Just keep a close watch on her.

If you are willing to pay your cat could do an ultra sound to help out. Some cats like privacy, make sure you have a warm soft bed set up in a closet or cupboard where she will have privacy to give birth. Keep an eye on her but please do it from a distance. Other cats will sit on your lap and give birth it depends on the mom. Some indicators she may be going into labor are; lots of meows, eating extra food, drinking lots of water, exploring dark areas she has never noticed before, etc. IM me if you have any concerns.

You need to go straight to the vets. Not all cats have successful natural births - waiting may well endanger your cats life and that of the kittens. Your vet can administer Oxytocin if she has started having mild contractions but sadly a cesarean may be necessary and the longer it is left the more likely this is.

Watch her. If you see panting take her to the vet and ask them again if they know.
