I have been married currently divorced. I have two children and don't want anymore i'm 35 and since my marriage break up have been out with a couple of ladies, and have been out pubbing and clubbing but fail miserably to find anyone that excites me. Where do people of my age go in and around portsmouth uk or where do you meet them? I'm not actively looking but would be nice to have someone in my life again

I'm 37 and have two kids. I separated from my ex last year and really didn't think I would find anybody new. Being stuck at home a lot with the children, I started to chat to people on yahoo chat. There were a lot of weirdoes on there I have to say, so you have to sift through those, but you may just find yourself a diamond in there. My present partner and I started chatting on there and clicked. After some time chatting online, we spoke on the phone and then we met in person. We have been together for almost a year now and I am madly in love with him It's great.Some people I know have also put their details on yahoo personals. What people are saying about pubs and clubs is , I'm afraid , true. Not a good place to meet a mature woman. You could also join a club or society, or try salsa dancing if you like that sort of thing. I go salsa dancing (for the dance, not for the men). It's great fun and I have made some good friends there.Hope this is of some help, and ghood luck finding that special someone .

Why don't you join a club/association? I mean what are your hobbies? Say you like walking. swimming, whatever! You can join your local club/group. That way you get to know people because you have the same hobby, so it's a starting point to talk! And then, as you get to know people a bit more, friendship develops and ... Maybe more? I know of two people who met their partner that way! One joined the local drama group, the other one the rambling club! They refused to join the singles'club because they went there once and decided they were not that desperate!!!

First.. you have been amrried, you have children, it takes a while to get that back...that's why you don't feel that same excitement you once felt. The experts say it take 1 year for every 4 years you were married to regain yourself..your OLD self..give yourself time..be patient..you will find love again!

Mature woman? How about over at the old folks home... there are plenty of older dames out there who haven't seen action in quite a long time who would be more than happy with a relatively young stallion like yourself...

hi ya my hubby now was in you situation he was 31 when i met him and i was 16 not saying you should go lookin for the younger sort but ...i went with him for the sex and now 7 years down the line ive had 2 kids and been married 4 years ...all im sayin is the time will come ...just go fancy free and leave you options open good luck

first of all sorry, your marriage didn't work out ,stay out of the clubs,,,sometimes you get what you are looking for most of the time when women go to the clubs they are looking for the same thing you men are looking for...go to a singles website and see what you can find there ,,,but be careful....

Oh dear you are looking in wrong places like pubs, what do you expect from there apart from whores who are only interest in one night stands. Turn your search to more decent places and you will get better results. I am actually here.

the best way to attract maturity is to display it you get what you seek , if you hang around seedy clubs you get seedy women ,young clubs young women,do what "You "like doing and you will meet like minded women such as (sports , ,cinema,or evening classes)
