Well that will have to have a depends attached. If that religion is a cult (RC, JW, LDS, Islam, Buddhism, ...) and you have a safe place to go-yes. If it is Christianity, then you need to be sure you understand what your disagreement is about. Can you move to another sect of Christianity? If you just don't like it-that is not a valid reason. No one likes being challenged by the Bible-even devout Christians have to be measured by the Word of God. We all fall short.
But you did not give much info to work on-you must be a little more specific to get real help with your question.

There are too many variables and unknowns in this question. Is the person underage or an adult? Does the person strongly disagree on the family's religious faith or does the family strongly disagree on the person's religious faith? The person leaving: is he/she a spouse or parent in the family or both? What does "is that good" mean? Good to whom? The person leaving? The family? God?

I think it depends on the circumstances. If a young muslim decides to convert to Christianity, he or she had better leave home...quickly, or be killed by parents.
Disagreements between family members of the same faith ought to be worked out between them, WITHOUT interference from the various religious organizations. If the mother is a Baptist and the son is a Pentecostal, both the Baptist and the Pentecostal church should stay out of it.

No, not if they have been with the family for a long time. 1t means that they are probably caught up in some sort of sect or weird religion that encourages people to put the cult above their family.

I do not think so. Religion should not divide any family. Religion is supposed to keep us together, not torn us apart.
