If you are asking the translation of the four first words, it reads like "ma copine est petite" or "ma cherie est petite de taille"; however if you mean that your girl friend has a poor knowledge of French you should say "ma copine ne parle pas le francais".

Ma petite = means my littel ..and the french ppl using it for my gf ...
est = from th french verb " ETRE " which mean BE .. so "est" means "is"
court = short for male
courte = short for female

Only I would say rather : "ma copine ne parlent pas bien français" or "ma copine parlent à peine le français".

Ma copine est petite
(My gf is short)
or
Ma petite amie est petite
either way is correct
