Islam is a great religion and the problem is in muslims who gives bad impression about islam...and ppl who are against islam they dont know anything about it they just keep on repeating what they hear without real knowledge....

and i dont know what is the pleasure in offending islam or any other religion everyone must respect others believes..

All religions are based on a belief that there is a higher being that should , for whichever reason, be respected. Whether it's God, Allah, or whoever- and the funny thing is if u really research into religions other than your own, it's only really the name of the being that u worship that changes. All one "God" just different ways of looking at what "he" does. Jesus, is after all mentioned in the Quran, and Mohamed, as well as many other Muslim prophets, although by different names are mentioned in the Bible. Think about it!

Islam is a good as any religion. I have a few friends who are Muslim and they are not like the Taliban or Al Qaida. I think the insurgents and/or bad guys hide behind the religion. I don't know much about Islam, but as long as any religion is good and doesn't promote negative behavior and has a God - then so be it.

I know that Islam is based on a 'holy book' that is revolting and contemptible. Examples:
