Chicken and Avocado Wraps
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1 ripe avocado, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup diced red onion
1-1/2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
Cilantro sprigs (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Wrap tortillas in foil; place in oven 10 to 15 minutes to warm. Cook chicken breasts on grill or in broiler 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Cut chicken into thin slices. Combine chicken, salsa, avocado, red onion, TABASCO® Sauce and salt in medium bowl.

To assemble wraps, place 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla; roll up tortillas, tucking in sides. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.

i prefer a whole wheat wrapped.

take boneless chicken breast, salt and pepper, flour each side.
in a pan big enough to hold breast, on medium heat melt about 2 table spoons of butter with salt, pepper, garlic (1/2 clove should be enough, minced fresh if possible or use garlic powder), sweet onion ( about 1/8 cup, minced or onion powder).

stir constantly for about 3-4 minutes then lay the chicken breast in the pan for about 2 minutes and flip over for 2 minutes on the other side. remove and add 1 cup chicken stock bring to low boil and put chicken back in for 4 minutes per side or until done ( depends on how thick the breats are) remove and put on plate.

add 2 more tablespoons of butter to pan and on medium to low heat reduce pan liquides to create a buttery sauce, be sure to get any pan scrapping loose to add to sauce flavor.

slice chicken place in wrap with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoe and pan sauce.

first decision is choosing the wrap, my advise is spinach or sun dried tomato wrap
Second is the layers on the wrap
1.mix mayonnaise , mustard with a little fresh basil and fresh oregano cover the wrap w this mixture
2. put finely chopped spinach or arugula on the top of this layer and add sliced tomatoes
3. chopped grilled chicken breast marinated in mushed garlic and lime juice is the third layer and
4. plain yougurt sauce with mint and dill is the last layer
Wrap it and enjoy

Either use chicken tenders or smoked chicken breast. Dice meat and mix in shredded lettuce and ranch dressing. Spread more ranch dressing on your wrap and add mixture and roll. These are very easy and great tasting.
