Here's the real answer! It cannot delete the file cause the registry is corrupted then. You right-click on Start menu, click Explore. Scroll down on the left hand side and look for Programs. Click the + beside it. Look for the program you want to delete. Right-click on it, click delete.
Now for that registry problem. Two easy programs you must run. Cliclk on Start menu, open Programs, open Accesories, open System Tools, click on Disk Cleanup. Run it step by step, it is simple to do. Then same steps to follow to reach next program. Below Disk Cleanup you will see Disk Defragmentor. Click on it and run it also step by step.
Now you have deleted that unwanted program and made your computer run faster and more efficient.

remember some programs share DLLs and if you remove the DLL some other important programs won't run well , so the programs that can not be deleted just leave it that way , if not you can do it with a software called CCleaner .and pay attention when you want to remove a program nothing should be running on you computer .press CTRL+ALT+DLT and end task any that's running cause that would share DLL with the same program u wanna delete.

Some softwares or part of soft depend on another. Some good progs? Clearprog, Reg Seeker. Some toolbars won't appear on the installed prog list.
Most of the time u have to reboot to end uninstall.

it says because the name u want to remove u had already deleted that particular application or software from the physical location i.e. u hav deleted its folder where it was installed earlier.
In order to remove that name, install that thing again and uninstall it from add remove programs this time.

That's probably because the files have been deleted... in this case, the registry files still remain on ur system... Use Reg- cleaner... it really helps.

just go to the file folder and delete it because for the most part they run from there own folder unless they say they are tied in other programs when you try to delete it
