vi) potential threat from anti-social groups and militants?

These are real life problems and scientific research may be conducted for their solution.

What kinds of problems are you looking for ?? can you tell us more.?? there are all sorts of scientific problems out there.. do you want health problems, like bi-polar, or depression, or things like that?? give us some thing to work with here..
