I love where I live. Texas rocks. I live in the DFW area. I love where I live because I have so many friends here, I've lived here all my life, I like the weather, there are so many fun things to do. You can see a Rangers baseball game at the Ameriquest Field in Arlington, watch a Cowboys football game, go to a Horse Race, go to the waterparks, NRH2O and Hurricane Harbor, or go to the amusement park, Six Flags. It's so awesome living here. I know most of my neighbors, shopping and going out to eat is less than 5 minutes away, and most of my relatives on my mom's side of the family live here in Texas. We also get to visit San Antonio a lot, because I have some relatives there. I've gone to San Antonio 6-7 times in my life. They have this waterpark, Schlitterbahn, Sea World, the River Walk, and more!!! You're right that I'll always have a place in my heart for my hometown or in this case the city I grow up in!

Eh, I actually hate this town. It's so...blah. Full of idiotic people and there's like nothing to do unless you like to drink alcohol and go to parties all the ****** time. Which i do neither. However, living here for about 11 years now, after coming back here from vacations and whatnot, it is kind of nice. Maybe just because it's familiar. But, it could be better, or I could be in a better town with everything I want.

Oh, yes. I do. My town is called Santa Fe, but it's not the Santa Fe in your country. It's in Argentina. And I like living here. It's not so large and noisy that you're always stressed, or so small that you need to go to a neighbouring city to satisfy your basic needs. Besides, it's here I feel "at home", most of the city is familiar to me, and I feel comfortable wondering about. And most people are nice, too.
The only two things I don't like are the very high rate of traffic accidents, and the weather in summer. It's too hot and wet. But now it's winter here, so I'm okay now.

well i like some things in springfield, but i really like the country better.. i am really afraid on the streets here anymore.. but i think it is getting dangerous on the streets in lots of cities.. i like the doctor being close, stores being close since i do not drive.. but here people lie and you do not really have good friends.. some are just acquaintances..it is hard to find a true friend...i know a man that came from chicago and he says crime is really worse up there than here... but maybe you have got use to it.. i am older and i have been hurt and i can not defend myself and i do not need any more damage done to my body.. mine was done by ex-husbands.. i like to stay home more now and just go when i need to and only those i know i can really trust...and some you find out down the road our not really your true friend at all.. so best not tell any private information to anyone until you have known them a long time......

Yes, I like my town very much. Population is at about 10,000 and only has a grade school and elementary school. NO high school. The kids go to neighboring schools. I guess you can say I live in the burbs. As I am not in a city but it isn't really country either.

Hey, don't ask us if you're going to call us liars!
I don't like the town I live in now. I've lived here 2 1/2 years. Its a nice enough town, but I miss my old home. I really liked it. It was small and safe.

I really do not like the town, but I do not want to move yet.. I love the farm life and the small town part of it, but I do not have friends here close by.

Some days yes...and some days no. I live in a small town....where that can be a good and bad thing. However, I will always be proud of the kind hearts we have here.
