My son had his birthday yesterday and he wished that I should accompany him to the beach to watch world cup match.
He don't have any girlfriend and want me to wear a bikini which have footballs printed on it.
Am 40 and wearing those fancy items doesn't suite me.Should I go ,will that be fine to accept bikini from my son.

Yes! You should go. And I'll actually answer this question seriously. If you are confident and happy in your own body, then don't be shy about hanging out in a bikini with him. If you give off a self-consious vibe and don't go, he'll key in on that and probably internalize some of that angst. Besides, everyone else will be in a bikini. If he thinks it's appropriate, why not?

No I don't think you should wear it at all. You need to just say to your son that it's not something that suits you. Maybe find an alternative like a tankini or a bathing suit with a sarong, with a football theme or just in your countries colours!? There's loads now the worldcups on.

It's interesting that you said "He don't have any girlfriend and want me to wear a bikini which have footballs printed on it" Does this mean that you are a replacement for a girlfriend? Just remember that you are his mother and need to take a step back so he can find a girlfriend.

You can win both ways. Still go, accept taking the bikini. He said, to wear the bikini, but what you can do is wear the bikin but put clothes on top of of it, and if he says, "but you're not wearing the bikini!" You unbutton the first few buttons of your blouse and show him and say, "no, I am wearing it."

You don't have to feel uncomfortable watching the world cup match and I don't think he wants you to feel uncomfortable and when the match your watching begins, I don't think he'll remember much about the bikini but go focus on the game and be happy that you're with him.

So you can still wear the bikini and wear something on top, with jeans, but still watch the football and fulfill the promise. That'll show him your wise.

Convince your son that you don't like the idea. Accepting a bikini or an undergarments from an adult son is no harm but wearing it public to fulfill his desire is certainly not fair.

If you wanna go then go but if you are uncomfortable about wearing a bikini out or cause it is from your son then don't.

Considering your other question regarding incest, it would seem very inappropriate to accept the bikini or other similar gifts from your son.
