how to work in the states?

i'm an egyptian pharmacist,just graduated..
whet shall i do to be capable of working in the united states of america??
plz mention all steps in details or any web source..

You'll need to pass boards & be licensed in a specific state. And of course you'll need to have a work visa or perm residency. I'd recommend you search the American Pharmacist Association, & US immigration for details.

Check out the INS Website for instructions on specific types of visas. They've recently reclassified a lot of them and a lot of rules have changed.
