Well, as of last time she no longer is a virgin. You got that much done. It should get easier from here on out unless you are unusually large. Just be patient, take your time and only try again when you both are ready.
The blood originated from her hymen rupturing. All girls bleed when that happens, but once the hymen is out of the way, intercourse becomes more enjoyable. It takes time though.

Your gf is a virgin, she is going to feel a lot of pain the first time and possibly more. And as to her not liking you to use a condom or lubricant, you BETTER be using a condom or you are going to end up having a child. In fact, it is not up to her at all, you wear one no matter what.
By the way how old ar you two? the reason I ask is that she should go get on birth control if she is going to be sexually active. and...if she is really young is going to need a parents permission. Well she needs to learn to relax because it is going to hurt the first couple of times. but since she was bleeding that means that u pooped her cherry. so she should just give it up and stand the pain for a few times or she is going to be a 50 yr old woman slapping men cuz it hurts
